Can't add manga from MangaRock. (Because i'm also tracking from a dead source?)

What is the bug?
I can't add "She is a Vampire!" on MangaRock.
I just get "ERROR: Unable to update?"

Please provide steps to reproduce:
Try to add "She is a Vampire!" on MangaRock.

Possible related info:
I do still track "She is a Vampire!" on Webtoon even tho it's been removed.

Some of the series on your list have been marked as inactive and have not been updated due to either: no active users or having trouble updating.
These will be updated during the next update (Within next 4hrs~).

If this continues to appear, please submit a bug report.

I did see some one else had issues with MangaRock here: #417
But that seems to already been fixed, just not closed yet.
Also i can add/update other mangas on MangaRock.
