I was doing the tutorial of Rafcon and I observed that when you want to add new outcomes to a state, the keyboard shortcut that appears in the program that you should press is Ctrl+Alt+A, instead of the one that you actually use (in the context of a given state, pressing Ctrl+A). I haven't checked yet if this happens also with other recommended shortcuts, but I will update in case I find it I will update.

Thx for the issue and sorry for the late response.
Ctrl+A works both
having selected a state in the graphical editor: i.e. the shortcut adds a new state
inside the state editor when the "Logical Linkage" is focused: i.e. the shortcut adds a new outcome
However, you are right that the Ctrl+Alt+A does not work when a state in the graphical editor is selected: an outcome should be added but it's not (Ubuntu 18.04). We will fix that.
