There is a MRMC study which used the iMRMC tool to run and analyze.
The statistical power for a given number of readers (J), number of cases (K), effect size (∆) and proportion of positive cases (PP) was computed using the Large Sample Approximation functionality provided by the iMRMC tool in its Java version 4.0.3, using a paired split-
plot design (PSPD).
I would like to know do we have the general code for the Sample Size Hypothesis or Power Analysis, then we can understand it clearly.
