FR: parameter mapping for instances

very much like #109 , instances can use parameter meta entries to map parameters to/from OSC addresses. An implication of this is that you can map one instance's parameter to another or multiple, this could allow macro control of many parameters by a single parameter, but also allow for modulation.

How do we make an intuitive UI for users to set up their own mappings?
