animation for repeated wrong answer

for mcq questions that are answered incorrectly repeatedly, there is no feedback (e.g. animation) to show that the answer has been submitted and it's a new wrong answer. In the case of bad or slow connection, user would doubt if the answer has been submitted. this might be problematic if scores are based on number of attempts
