Add a Catagory to the drop down function.

I believe there should be a option where user is able to search by complain types, instead searching by badge # or officer name. Top left corner there is a drop down function which just provides them to sign out. This gives the user the freedom to search a specific complaint when they head over to the drop down and click complaints.
