Improve Default Error Styling

Description
The solid red background in Zurb Foundation v4 is a little harsh for our design -- let's update the defaults to something less jarring and more fitting with the overall CodeMontage style.

Ask
Update the default colors in /app/assets/stylesheets/foundation_and_overrides.scss to a shade of red that better matches the CodeMontage color palette.
