Context

The docs to set up the CLI on Windows mention Chocolatey but the chocolatey package hasn't been updated in ages and it's not handled by our CI.

The current version on Chocolatey is 0.10.1 (from 2018) and it's not compatible with our APIs anymore + it relies on a end of life Node.js version.

We need to decide whether we want to keep maintaining the package in Chocolatey or remove it from there and the docs.
