Domains: Command to move domains from one app to another #868

Context

Moving domains can be annoying because you have to manually remove a domain from 1 app and then add it to the other app.

This can lead to some downtime.
As @hsablonniere suggested, we could ease the process by providing a command to do it as quick as possible:

clever domain move example.com app_UUID
