我下载的这里提供的模型（Chinese & Japanese那个）
https://github.com/CjangCjengh/TTSModels
用下面的命令合成语音，但结果只有很短的吸气声

我试了下英文是可以合成出声音的，是不是encoding的问题？

中文前后要加[ZH]，日语加[JA]
