Description:

A form label on the closed page is present but contains no content.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Navigate to the closed page.
  2. Inspect the form label using developer tools.

Expected Behavior:

Form labels should contain descriptive text.

Actual Behavior:

A form label is empty.
