If vendor or related OpenACRs are truly empty then remove them from the yaml export #22

Figure out how best to remove vendor and related OpenACRs that are truly empty. See example of https://civicactions.github.io/openacr/drupal-10-16-simple.html where the vendor is empty (all the values have empty string) but the header is still shown.

Related OpenACRs has the default structure:

related_openacrs:
  - url: ""
    type: secondary

Which means it still renders in the HTML as a link.
