Expected behavior
People using screenreaders can easily tab to the Play function for a video within the Careers page.

Describe the bug
Tabbing through the main page content takes the visitor from See open positions, then the CA logo and the image of "CivicActions" twice, before going to the Like/Add/Share features and then Play. The logo and images are linked to Vimeo, which would add another step to playing the video. A more direct experience would omit the logo and images from the tab order.

To reproduce
List the steps to reproduce the bug:

  1. Go to https://civicactions.com/careers/
  2. Tab through the page to the CA logo and continue to tab until you reach the play function

@ContentBrewmaster this should be fixed now - I had to get the Vimeo login, since that seems to be the only way to disable some of these elements. No site changes required though!
