Re-use transaction address in GUI unless "random address for privacy option" is checked

Make random addresses something you have to opt-into rather than a config.yaml option most GUI users struggle to utilize because many are unsure about editing the yaml (and frankly most GUI users don't know this exists with more options).

The motivation is that some new users are confused with multiple addresses for a single wallet, being new to crypto amplifies this. So a single address they can identify and understand (with an option to add random addresses for privacy) is helpful, they will be better able to utilize explores and other web services based on that single address input.

Side benefit, those with many transactions will not struggle with the performance of wallets updating all the addresses.
