Github release notes should include the sha256sums of downloads

To allow download integrity verification, the downloads on chia.net include sha256sums: https://www.chia.net/downloads/

Unfortunately, the Github releases do not. For example: https://github.com/Chia-Network/chia-blockchain/releases/tag/1.7.0

It would be nice if the sha256sums of the Github release "assets" could be included in the release's notes.
