Influence factors on issue Tempo:

1- Estimate Modification
Any change to an existing estimate that may postpone the Start Date, the Target Date or extend the Time required for completion is transmitted to the Project Manager (PM) in the form of a Delayed Tempo.
The PM can review the ‘Delayed’ Nugget within a predesignated ‘Response Time’ (Delayed Response Time).

An example:

There is Issue1 which contains two following items:

no. start_date (day) end_date (day)
item1 5 7
item2 2 4

So the total estimation date of Issue1 will be:

 + - - - - - - - - -+
 2 7

So if we extend item1 to:

no. start_date (day) end_date (day)
item1 5 8

It means the total estimation date of Issue1 is extended and its schema will be:

 + - - - - - - - - -+
 2 8

Thus, every time the total estimation date of an issue is extended, its boarding will be delayed.

2- Mojo/Speed
Mojo is calculating linear so if color of mojo becomes red the tempo will be delayed.
