Notes for May 13

• Need to close on MOU, T&C complete. Once that's done, are clear to confirm IBM SC start date.
• Had meeting with Android device maker, need to propose possible integration scenarios. Will connect with local contact.
• Account transfer underway with Derek and Marco.
• Will begin additional connections with folks in California (via Upkar) and Australia (via Steve).

• Exploring new board technology. Would include nitrogen dioxide sensor. Would have local storage. GPS, LoRa, and WiFi. May have Bluetooth to smartphone connection.
• Planning to take part in May 12 virtual hackathon in Spain
• Working with startup incubator on a business plan
• Bruce will set up a follow up with Android device maker
• The truck tour still in the plan. Will include a Prometeo feature.
