file upload error "Server responded with 0 code." #7

I have an issue. When I upload mp4 files, "Server responded with 0 code." occurred after yarn serve or python manage.py start.
How do I have to resolve it?

One more question. the root directory(.env in the folder) is the folder which there are ".git" and ".git ignore", isn't it?
