The primary source of data initially would be SRS. Email, Printer Requests, Daily Duties, and other RNIN applications could also be incorporated to create a fuller picture of staff member performance.

Items such as a leaderboard on the home page could also be used to add an element of gamification to actively enhance staff performance.

An evaluation of SRS reporting capabilities needs to be conducted to find the best way of gathering the data. In the worst case, the srsconnector could be utilized along with an overnight task to scrape the data.

I'd say lets keep the data private until we can actually see some valuable stats and make sure they line up.

I was only intending a partial reveal like top 3 tickets closed this week or something similar but we should definitely make sure the algorithm is stable first.
