Order UI: storing/persisting the response

Storing/persisting response in cookie or local storage (or some other solution so people dont lose form responses)

Which would change each week since the order is for the upcoming week… or do we want to save so people can see what they viewed in previous weeks? keep it all client-side

IMPORTANT: we need to consider if it's an issue storing their person info in a cookie or local storage as this could be a security concern (especially cal id). So may want to only store the order info in a cookie or local storage for now.
