Hybrid grid initialization

Dear Dr. Cui,
Based on the IEEE39 bus system, I mixed each generator set into one thermal power set and one VSG to simulate a mixed power generation situation. However, during the test, I found the following error in the initialization of VSG unit in the basic scene:

It's probably due to an error in the model equation where ra is not taken into account in the inner loop current controller. You can set all ra to zero or, even better, come up with a fix.
