Example:

specify "" $ do
  [shouldNotTypecheck| False :: Char |]

This way we wouldn't have to rely on deferred type errors, but on TH instead. Perhaps this lib could provide both flavors.

Provided it is actually possible with TH to do the above. Would you, @CRogers, or someone else know?
