Data Request Variables - Variables on atmospheric pressure levels.

Description

Atmospheric variables which have been requested on pressure levels have been assigned cell methods containing "area: mean". This should ideally be `area: mean where air` to make it clear that the mean is only taken over the atmospheric portion of the cell.

The cell methods strings that need modifying are:

• area: mean time: mean within years time: mean over years
• area: mean time: point
• area: time: mean
• longitude: mean time: mean

The proposal is to revise to the following (except in some cases where more specific suggestions override or extend these changes as for co2mass):

1. area: mean time: mean within years time: mean over years
2. area: mean where air time: point
3. area: time: mean where air
4. longitude: time: mean where air

For 1-3 the existing cell methods strings are also used by variables which are not on pressure levels, so copies are needed. For 4, all variables use this cell methods and a simple edit is OK.
