Currently, Eugene supports SBOL-v.1.0. We need to upgrade it to SBOL-v.2.0.

  • import libSBOLj 2.0 library
  • pass valid SBOL Document to SynBioHub
  • ensure proper conversion from Eugene to SBOL
  • update to sbol.core2
  • Metric tonne of unit tests (may make this its own issue)
