There are no procedures or documentation for how to install chromedriiver.exe and indeed Chrome itself.

These are needed for Watir, the current example code for GitHub web UI in this project assuming that both will be available.

There's a RubyGem https://rubygems.org/gems/chromedriver-helper/versions/1.0.0 that may be helpful.

When this is solved, a new Issue should be opened for other browers and their support.
