Hi,

in portainer you probably have the ability to specify a user and group id to run the container. You have to set those ids to 1000 (both)

Also there is a mistake in the way you configured APP_URL. This env var must reflect the full url of your instance, see the doc: https://docs.2fauth.app/getting-started/configuration/#app_url
