How do I change the path to the database?

How do I change the path to the database that is being used when creating a docker image? I've done the following:

• Changed line 41 to the new path in the 'docker-compose.yml' file
• Modified lines 13-17 in the 'entrypoint.sh' file
• Changed line 143 in the 'Dockerfile'

No matter what is changed, it doesn't honor the new database file through rebuilds.

Maybe a cache issue.
In entrypoint.sh, add a new line with php artisan config:clear before if [ -f /2fauth/installed ]; then at line 29.
