Description

A customer presented at box office an hour late with tickets that showed incorrect times for doors and the show (19:30/20:00 instead of 18:30/19:00). When questioned they said they bought the ticket when in France, therefore in a different time zone. The tickets presented were a screenshot, so were likely screenshotted when in France (localised timezone was therefore in place) - so this is likely a case of just making timezone clear here and elsewhere.

Expected Behaviour

We need to investigate why the wrong times were displayed on the ticket, and either ensure correct times are displayed or make time zones clearer. Shows should always be shown on the timezone that show will take place, but this may have knock on repercussions if a show straddles daylight savings. All of this needs investigating, therefore.
