Eastern Orthodox Canon collection

Add a document to the 'Collections' folder listing all texts in the Eastern Orthodox canon which are not present in the Protestant canon.

• Refer to other collections for style reference
• List books in order according to the Eastern Orthodox tradition
• If all books are sequential in order, use a numbered list; otherwise use a bulleted list (e.g. if there are books between them in the Orthodox canon which are already in the Protestant canon).
• For books that are not already in the archive:
  • Books that are already part of the Protestant canon should be excluded from the list.
  • Other books that are not in this archive should use placeholder links (links as if they existed in the archive)
    • Issues should be created on GitHub for each missing book so that they can be tracked and added in the future.
