IAM-T1 Air Quality Sensor

The IAM-T1 is currently unsupported by inkbird-ble and therefore Home Assistant.

Additional context
After looking at the currently implemented sensors, and the payloads of the IAM-T1 as well as the ESPHome definitions above, the sensor seems so provide data differently than the currently implemented ones: in service data rather than manufacturing data.
I will link a PR shorly.
