Description

When I tried to use the touchscreen on my Surface Pro 4, I noticed it was moving a mouse cursor when I dragged it. Is this an intended feature or is there some sort of issue with this? My SP4 is the Core m3 version.

Reproduction steps

1. Drag touchscreen
2. Mouse cursor moves

It looks like the SP4 has 2 components related to touch, so an IDC per device might be needed.

I'm seeing the same issue (touchscreen working as touchpad) on a Surface Pro 7.

As @Freakishink292 reported, the dumpsys command does not appear to be present.
