Describe the bug

While doing a wound fixing surgery you are unable to change their suit sensors until you cancel the surgery and do it again.

What did you expect?

I expected to be able to change their sensors while doing the surgery.

Reproducible steps

Start a wound fixing surgery
Apply scalpel
Apply hemostat
Attempt to change their sensors while fixing their wounds
Fail
