Simulator-core development scheduling + roadmap #1

To start a project it is necessary to:

  1. Create roadmap (pdf, for example).
  2. Decide the architecture of the core part of simulator.
  3. Split the core part development into subtasks and schedule them.

According to RISC-V privileged specification, there are 3 different stacks of RISC-V support.

I suppose we first implement the left one.
"The left-hand side shows a simple system that supports only a single application running
on an application execution environment (AEE)."
