TN exists on OBJ but does not always display in OSD

Thumbnail generation during batch ingest works normally. However, when reviewing objects certain page-level TN's are not displayed in the OSD TN carousel.

Check: OSD / djtoka / manuscript mod. Will submit to DGI if time does not permit completion. I would tag someone from DGI but I know not their usernames.

Issue is extant; see http://digitalcollections.barnard.edu/object/1034/letter-annette-baxter-catharine-stimpson-june-25-1971. In discussions with DGI this was determined to be an issue with the size of the TN files (look back through tickets to see exact bug). Tagging as possible Born Digital/CM project

Knowledge: Something with our OSD doesn't fallback when image file size is <4096kb (fail to remember which DSID is the true cultript.) This was dealt with in IAB (there are fallback calls) which I imagine were ported to OSD. Possible Resolution: Our version of OSD may not be the stock version - it could be in our own codebase that just needs to be merged. Note this does NOT impact IAB nor the custom modification I've done which are all extensions.

Error: djatoka only serves JP2 > 4kB (4096B), this is now a known issue.
Resolution: create a fallback function like all of the other viewers... possible PR to Islandora if unresolved on their forks? (we've diverged from Islandora core to create "paged OSD viewer" which is likely the issues root cause)
