1. We can propose the modle as a stand alown tool if intarRNA can generadt a Evaluation result. Than usere could provied a interaction and sequences and intaRNA Eval would generate us the missing features to score the prediction.

2. As a Workflow to impove/evalte/ranke the prediction of of a RRI prediciton tools. Since paramters and the internals functions are differen othere could use our workflow by replacing IntaRNA with there prediciton tool and generate a modle base on there tool.

👍 I can provide the "RRI evaluation" mode when needed, no problem.

concerning (2)

1. the pipeline will be mainly tailored to IntaRNA, unless someone implements the extracted features and mimics the IntaRNA CSV output. But I wouldnt consider this a drawback, since IntaRNA is well established anyway.
2. Given (1), we can use the OUTPUT of any prediction tool, which are within the pipeline REEVALUATED using IntaRNA. which is not bad anyway... Nevertheless, this workflow enables a prefiltering or merge of output of different prediction tools, which is something new as well. (and keeps the central point of (2) )
