Improve Tutorial Management - Tutorials

Instead of the current right click to add a location and left click to set in use, clicking a tutorial in the creator tutorial menu could open a 'tutorial manage' menu with those aforementioned options and then some addition ones.

Such menu will also be accessible via right-clicking a tutorial in the tutorial library. (Obviously the library only shows in use tutorials).

Altogether the management options will be:

• Toggle in use
• Create location
• Manage locations - Would give a list of all locations, clicking one one of these would open the 'manage location' menu which would give further options. - See the separate "Location Management" issue.
