[Bug]: Improve schema inference experience for azure cosmosdb

What happened?

If the config file lacks a container name, running the export command throws an error, which shouldn't happen. The error message should also be more relevant. Since schema inference is now optional, it should work seamlessly with all CLI commands. Please update the dab init command to ensure all required parameters for schema generation are properly set.
