Stats: ensure upsell nudge upgrade matches what the description of the upsell says

Currently, for gated stats, we show an upsell banner whose description mentions premium plans but when you click upgrade you're brought to a personal plan upgrade option. These should match or we should show both personal and premium options there with a difference in what the plans have, stats wise and otherwise. cc @ilonagl as you seem to be thinking about this area right now!
