FeatureFiltersUtils::loadFeatureFilters does not display error in info panel #511

Describe the bug
when FeatureFiltersUtils::loadFeatureFilters fails, an error is displayed but info panel is not updated with the error

To Reproduce

Go to LCMS_MRM_Standards example
change featureQCComponentGroups.csv: in the ion_ratio_l column put value "NA" (which is incorrect: it should be an empty value)
in SmartPeakGUI, execute LCMS_MRM_Standards example
error is displayed in log, but not in the info panel

Expected behavior
The error should be displayed in the info panel
