Google some day ago announced: "Developers are required to enable Two Step Verification for their Google Account in order to publish new extensions or to update existing extensions. Instructions on how to enable Two Step Verification can be found here.
A few weeks ago it was the turn of Mozilla Firefox AMO, but with your addon\extension I was able to access my account without any smartphone, any SIM and without security keys.
Google seems to want to complicate our lives as if it hasn't done it enough until now.
I was wondering if it will be possible to use Authenticator with Google.
