Problem

I just want to address a problem where players intentionally afk and waste both of our time. They purposely wait for each of the time of their nefties to run out and do nothing for the rest of the game. I also think that he also forced a lot of surrenders from his pervious opponents as hes currently rated at around 1650+.
It is not my first time playing against with these type of players and it really is frustrating.
STALLING_TIME.pdf

As seen in this file, our game lasted for 20 minutes and I hope this kind of behavior should be punished. We do appreciate for the ample amount of time given for us to decide which move to take but I think some players exploit this trick and this should not be tolerated.

Solution

I think it would be great if there's a system where the game detects that a player is purposely stalling their time and automatically loses the game. Thank you and I hope that you guys are able to do something about this
