[1.16.5] Crafting recipe

I have added and ran this mod to a server, but when I tried crafting or using give commands to craft/give myself the weirding gadget, it doesn't show up in command and nor does it when I placed the exact crafting materials in crafting table. I reinstalled and restarted server few times but still same thing happens.
