[BUG]录播完成后不能正常将录播视频分段 #75

在录播完成后视频处理阶段，某些python文件会报错导致不能正常将视频按照设置分段和上传，且导致录播源文件丢失，已开启保留源文件。
正在翻找log以确认具体错误。
