I used ''remove repeat phrases'' and it left me with extra phrases as above. Is there any way to remove them. Thanks!

honestly that just looks like a garbage hook, personally I'd use the hook search to find a better one. Also make sure your texthook.dll is upto date can find the download link for it in this post in alpha build archive bottom of this post here .What game is this for btw.
