[Feature] 增加自有用户登录态接入 #974

目前 Artalk 已经具备完整的评论能力，十分适合直接接入其它系统种作为评论模块进行使用。
但目前由于 Artalk 使用自身的用户登录管理形成了一定的壁垒，因此希望增加自有用户登录态接入的相关能力。

希望增加自定义登录态能力，可在初始化时指定用户账户信息、验证凭证和验证接口，然后在初始化时直接完成用户登录。
