Investigate mavlink json interface to separate from mavproxy

Instead of having python render templates and be tied to mavproxy, consider making all the protocol logic in a javascript file. This would allow the mavcesium app to work standalone with mavlink.
If it's separated interface, then we can move towards supporting other input protocols such as roslibjs.
