Describe what you're trying to do
I need to use the Find Container: Edit Container: Make Part Attributes tool to add a temperature reading for an entire freezer's worth of samples that were exposed to higher temperature during a freezer failure. The tool creates a csv that can be uploaded to the part attribute bulkloader, but the autogenerated csv includes the partID as the base number rather than the full url, which is what is required by the part attribute bulkloader.
I am asking that the Make Part Attributes csv file include the full partID url in the downloaded csv.
While I can add the url manually, this is an extra step that can introduce error and defeats the purpose of the autogenerated csv file.
Also, the part attribute bulkloader does not explicitly state that the full url is required for the PartID. This is a problem with partIDs across other tools in Arctos that could be fixed, starting here. Issue filed: ArctosDB/documentation-wiki#315

Another issue with having to add the url prefix manually: This freezer has samples from multiple divisions, so I can't automatically insert the url prefix without parsing the file of >20,000 part attributes by collection prefix.

This seems like a reasonable and useful request to the CSV format. Basically make it bulkload-ready
