Add to main arcticons app?

There are now several, but not all, weather icons added. I guess the rest can be added later. We can probably start looking into integrating this into the main arcticons app. @Donnnno

The svgs in the svg folder in this repo need to be rendered (I manually rendered them to low res pngs for testing). I think they need to go into the /res/drawable (or maybe drawable-nodpi). A few lines of code also need to be added to AndroidManifest.xml and and few xml files into /res/xml. I created a new branch on my fork of arcticons where I tried to set it up properly, but I am not knowledgeable enough to know if it will work.

I suppose this repo is free to be deleted now since the functionality is in the main app now and should (unless it's borked) be in the next release. @Donnnno
