You could have the option to disable the highlights in the tags and leave the indentation lines in the code and on the side.

Even in the new theme, it doesn't show the highlight lines.

You mean that the vertical line of the code prompt is displayed near the line number on the left, right?
I have considered this idea before. For example, the first method or the second method in the figure can better display the scope of the current method. However, I haven't found the corresponding API to modify before. I can continue to find it when I have time, but it may not be possible to implement it.

Sorry if I wasn't clear in my issue, I made two observations, the first: being able to remove tags from tags and leave only the indentation lines. Second: In the new theme, which has not yet been released, but I received it for testing, the indentation lines do not appear.

I'm sending the new Phpstorm theme for testing with the extension and making the highlighting adjustments.
