Dictionary integration

At present, a phrase is a clickable button that triggers audio playback. But in the future each word will be clickable and trigger dictionary api.

It is not easy to handle 'any language to any language' dictionary. But we can begin with dictionaries such as en-en with explanation of meanings of a word in the same language. We can also add users' translations from the context of phrases. I believe it will work in the long term perspective.
